At Skavala, we aim to provide transparent and fair policies regarding cancellations and refunds. Due to the nature of airline ticketing and third-party travel services, refunds are subject to specific conditions outlined below.

2. General Refund Policy

Not all flight bookings are eligible for refunds. Refund eligibility depends on:

By completing a booking on Skavala, you agree to the refund terms associated with that specific flight offer.

3. Non-Refundable Bookings

The following bookings are strictly non-refundable:

  • Flights purchased with discounted fares or promotional offers
  • Special deals, flash sales, or reduced-price tickets
  • Any booking clearly marked as “Non-Refundable” at the time of purchase

No refunds will be processed for these bookings under any circumstances except where required by law.

4. Refundable Bookings

For bookings that are marked as refundable:

Refunds are not issued in full. A 30% deduction will be applied to the total booking amount.

The final refund amount may also be affected by:

  • Airline cancellation penalties
  • Fare rules and restrictions
  • Third-party service charges

5. Refund Calculation

The refund amount is determined based on:

Original ticket price
Applicable airline charges
Discounts applied at booking
Skavala service charges

6. Cancellation Process

To request a refund:

  3. 3 Submit your cancellation request

All requests are subject to verification and airline approval where applicable.

Refunds are processed after approval. Processing time may vary depending on airline response time and payment method (including crypto processing times).

8. Payment Method for Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during booking.

Refunds will be sent to the provided wallet address. Exchange rate fluctuations may affect the final value received.

Standard banking processing times apply in addition to Skavala’s processing window.

9. No-Show Policy

Failure to show up for a scheduled flight (no-show) may result in total forfeiture of the ticket value. No refunds will be issued in such cases unless permitted by the airline.

10. Changes Instead of Refunds

In some cases, airlines may allow date changes or route modifications. These may be subject to additional fees and fare differences.

11. Force Majeure

Refunds for disruptions caused by events beyond control (e.g., weather, strikes, government restrictions) are subject to airline policies and may not be guaranteed.
